About the role
As an Analyst, Sourcing Projects Management, you will play a key role in driving engineering and sourcing-related initiatives across Supply Chain activities. This position partners closely with Engineering, Sourcing, Quality, and Commercial Plants to successfully implement ECNs, ETOs, and Schedule B projects, including cost-saving and supplier implementation initiatives. Your work will directly impact supply chain efficiency, product readiness, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
As an Analyst, Sourcing Projects Management, you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and supporting Engineering Change Notice (ECN)
implementation activities within the Supply Chain.
- Supporting Engineer-to-Order (ETO) RFQ and implementation processes.
- Participating in and supporting Schedule B implementation, including savings and cost-reduction projects.
- Managing and executing sourcing and supply chain projects using CAT project implementation methodology.
- Coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and engineering change implementation activities.
- Collaborating with suppliers to ensure proper change implementation, including part qualification and validation.
- Ensuring compliance with Quality requirements, including PPAP documentation and testing.
- Interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation to understand materials, components, and sourcing requirements.
- Providing project status updates and reporting to leaders
