This position operates within Redwood’s Service Center coverage model supporting North American logistics operations.
Typical schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7:00 to 16:00 or from 8:00 to 17:00 depending on the time change.

Purpose of Your Work:
As a Logistics Operations Representative within Redwood Multimodal (our freight brokerage), you will be responsible for managing inbound carrier capacity opportunities and supporting the execution of freight across Redwood’s transportation network.
Operating within Redwood’s Service Center model, this role focuses on converting inbound carrier inquiries into booked freight, validating capacity sourced through Redwood’s digital carrier platforms, and managing shipments post-booking to ensure successful execution.
You will work closely with Redwood’s brokerage teams and carrier partners to ensure freight is covered efficiently, carrier relationships are supported, and operational service levels are maintained throughout the shipment lifecycle.
