The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
The Channel Manager will be responsible for managing distributors, dealers, and direct key accounts, leading the sales channel team, and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
A key responsibility of this role is closely monitoring distributor performance by tracking sell-in, inventory levels, and sell-out. The Channel Manager will also maintain open and effective communication with support functions across Solventum.
As a Channel Manager Dental Solutions, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Perform regular visits and meetings with distributors, negotiating targets, monthly orders, and promotional activities.
- Closely monitor targets and KPIs with all distributors to ensure performance and alignment.
- Support distributors in launching new products, organizing related events, and executing sales strategies.
- Coordinate customer support delivered through Marketing, Scientific Education, and Clinical Specialists.
- Prepare quarterly business reviews with all distributors.
