General Accountant

What you’ll do:
Ensure accurate financial operations and compliance, maintaining accounting systems aligned with USGAAP/MEXGAAP, overseeing GL transactions, and executing month-end close activities.

Drive financial reporting and planning, including headcount tracking, weekly pulse reports, account reconciliations (Blackline), and supporting CapEx budget control

Support audits and cross-functional coordination, ensuring timely delivery of internal and external audit requirements while collaborating with plant and integral finance teams.
- What is required:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or master’s preferred)
- Experience in accounting, financial reporting, and FP&A; in a manufacturing or corporate environment
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with strong analytical and attention to detail capabilities
- Fluent English, with ability to interact with global teams and stakeholders”
