Transportation Operations Management (TOM)



oversees trailer yard operations at 13 Fulfillment Centers (FC), 3 Sort Centers (SC) and 1 Cross Dock (IXD) across Mexico, ensuring yard safety, efficient trailer movement, and guard shack operations management. TOM is the main focal point between Site Operations and Transportation Network.

TOM is part of Amazon Transportation Services (ATS), a high-powered dynamic team shaping the middle-mile transportation execution and developing innovative transportation management concepts to improve and enhance the ATS Network to ultimately drive the best customer experience in a reliable and cost-efficient manner, every time.

Lead and supervise a team focused on yard operations, aligning Fulfillment Center operation with transportation execution.

Plan and manage yard capacity and trailer pool for designated site.
