We are currently scaling our Mexico operations and are looking for ambitious, high-energy Sales Representatives to join our Guadalajara team. This isn’t just a sales job; it’s a career in the fast-paced world of international electronic brokerage.The Role
As a Sales Rep, you will act as a "Sales Broker" and "Hunter." You will be responsible for navigating the global supply chain to solve shortages for major manufacturers and tech companies. You will report directly to the Sales Director and work in a high-stakes, high-reward environment.What You’ll Be Doing
- New Business Development: Aggressively prospect and cold-call OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) accounts.
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Handle everything from initial sourcing and quoting to negotiation and closing the deal.
- Market Intelligence:



Monitor global market dynamics, including component shortages and excess inventory opportunities.
- Strategic Negotiation: Partner with our general purchasing teams to secure the best pricing and maximize profit margins.
- Activity-Driven Success: Meet and exceed KPIs focused on outbound activity, quote volume, and gross profit targets.
