Key Responsibilities
Litigation Support
- Manage case files, litigation workflows, court calendars, and critical deadlines.
- Draft, review, format, and finalize legal documents, including:
- Pleadings
- Motions
- Discovery requests and responses
- Subpoenas
- Affidavits
- Legal correspondence
Case Management & Documentation
- Manage litigation matters from intake through case resolution.
- Organize and maintain case files, supporting evidence, and legal records.
- Prepare and coordinate discovery productions and privilege logs.
- Handle electronic court filings (e-filing) and PACER submissions.
- Track deadlines and ensure compliance with court requirements.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain accurate billing records and case-related documentation.
- Monitor case expenses and supporting records.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and organization within the firm.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience as a Paralegal with substantial litigation support experience.
- Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures, court rules, and legal documentation.
