Your role and responsibilities
- In this role, you will have the opportunity to participate in and support the development, delivery and communication of programs, policies, practices and training that address matters related to employee engagement initiatives. Create and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement and experience. Work closely with employees and leaders to promote company culture and employee engagement through various programs.

- This role is contributing to the HR Team in Monterrey, N.L.
- You will be mainly accountable for:
- Event Planning & Coordination: Responsible for the planning and execution of at least twelve 1,500-person events a year.
- Own every aspect of an event, from venue choice to success metrics. Administrates budget, expenses and places purchase orders. Follows-up with vendors and ensures services & products are provided accordingly. Meets Engagement Calendar expectations and maintains timelines under control. Planning for potential scenarios that could impact the integrity of the event.
- Communication & Branding:Develop content for event materials such as invitations, promotion, results, etc. Act as an internal ABB brand ambassador engaging with all levels of employees.
