As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing complex customer orders and providing comprehensive support to field sales, manufacturing plants, and external customers.

This role requires a strong customer focus, business acumen, and technical aptitude to ensure efficient order processing and issue resolution in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will serve as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, accurate execution, and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Role Responsibilities
- Process complex and technical customer orders, including order changes and updates on time.




- Coordinate communication between customers, sales teams, and manufacturing plants to ensure accurate execution.
- Manage orders in high-complexity environments (multi-country, multi-currency, multi-language)
- Coordinate shipments, invoices, and export-related activities.
- Monitor backlog and late orders, including escalations and proactive communication.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to shipping, billing, and customer service.
- Participate in return authorizations, invoice adjustments, and warranty claims.
- Prioritize workload across multiple systems and cross-functional teams.
- Provide professional customer support via phone and digital channels.
- Support team development through guidance, coaching, and training.

Minimum Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.
- Strong organizational skills and data accuracy.
