The Role:
Experience supporting product development and new-product-launch processes is highly desirable, as the role also supports the rollout, training, and adoption of the Power D3 (D3X) Product Development & Launch framework.

What You’ll Do (Impact Areas):
- Drive change & adoption: create and execute organizational change management plans, including communication strategies, stakeholder engagement activities, and adoption plans.
- Enable & train: develop training materials, user guides, presentations, and knowledge-management content; deliver training sessions; and provide ongoing user support during regional rollouts.
- Partner & govern: build strong relationships with regional teams as a trusted partner throughout deployment and transformation initiatives, and support executive reporting, project governance, and deployment status updates.
