The leads already come to us. Your job is making sure none of them die of neglect.
Most SDR jobs are cold-call grinders: dial 80 strangers a day and get hung up on. This is the opposite. Taikun's inbound pipeline is bigger than our entire client book, full of real brands who found us and raised their hand. What we don't have is someone whose whole job is working that pipeline: answering fast, following up relentlessly, and keeping deals moving until they land on a sales call. Deals don't usually die because someone said no. They die because nobody followed up. You're the person who makes that structurally impossible.
You'll work directly with our Head of Growth, a former head of growth for a nine-figure e-commerce brand, and you'll learn how deals actually get done at that level.
The role
You own the middle of the funnel. When an inbound lead comes in, you're the first touch and the fastest one they've had all week. From there you nurture: follow-ups, check-ins, answering questions, chasing no-shows, and reviving deals that stalled before we got them across the line.



You book qualified meetings for the closers, keep every deal in the CRM honest about its stage and next step, and make sure nothing in the pipeline sits idle. You don't close the deals. You make sure the closers never run out of live ones.
What you'll do
- Answer inbound fast. Every new lead gets a sharp, personal first touch while the interest is still hot. Speed-to-lead is the single highest-leverage thing you do.
- Nurture the pipeline. Run persistent, intelligent follow-up on every open deal: the day-3 check-in, the answer to the pricing question, the nudge after the proposal. Every deal always has a next step, and you drive it.
- Chase the stalls. No-shows get rescheduled, ghosts get re-engaged, and stalled deals get worked back to life. Our reservoir of previously-interested prospects is real revenue waiting for someone to care about it.
