Primary Function of Position: Equipment engineers may evaluate, inspect, maintain, repair, design, analyze and improve various types of equipment, including electronic and mechanical equipment. EE may have to work in different areas, such as electrical, mechanical or computer engineering.
Define Preventive Maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting procedures.
Provide feedback for operation of equipment for Manufacturing Process Instructions
Transfer new manufacturing lines or equipment, interface with logistics for movement of equipment.
Participate in continuous improvement projects related to manufacturing equipment.
Perform Hardware and Software updates of equipment.
Skills, Experience,



Education, & Training:
~ Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electronics Engineering or similar.
~ English Intermediate level, read, written, spoken.
~ Demonstrated mechanical electronics aptitude.
~ Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting complex electronic/mechanical equipment.
~ Knowledge and experience in use of special mechanical, electronics and measuring equipment.
~ PLC programming, vision systems experience.
~3D CAD proficiency, SolidWorks preferred.
~ Previous experience Maintenance software database preferable.
~ Minimum 3-year experience work experience as Equipment Engineer, Test Engineer, Automation Engineer, Tooling, Mechatronic or similar.
~ Familiarity with regulated Quality Systems or medical device regulations, a plus.
