You are the person that portfolio runs through. Qualified leads reach you already profiled; you take the discovery call, host the showroom visit, build the investment case, take the reservation, travel with the buyer to see the property, and close. In the projects where the price point calls for a small team instead of a single advisor, you recruit, train and coach that team — and you earn on what they close,
