Account Manager Location: Guadalupe, Reciente León, Mexico Department: Sales / Commercial Reports To: Sr. Key Account Manager Salary: MXN $55,000 – $65,000 gross per month ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Account Manager to join our Sales team. In this role, you will support the execution and development of assigned customer accounts, managing quotations, commercial coordination, customer follow-up, pricing reviews, and new business opportunities under the supervision of the Sr. Key Account Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with experience in B2B automotive or manufacturing environments who enjoys working closely with customers while coordinating internally with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Commercial teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage quotations and support assigned customer accounts according to the established account matrix. • Coordinate communication with customers regarding commercial matters and ongoing opportunities. • Support new leads and prospects generated by the Sr.



Key Account Manager or Marketing team. • Participate in trade shows and propose activities and events focused on lead generation. • Review pricing and support commercial negotiations with customers. • Ensure quotations and customer purchase orders comply with company guidelines and approval processes. • Coordinate the commercial impact of engineering changes, packaging changes, and similar customer requests. • Support payment follow-up as a second level of escalation when required. • Follow established project handover and purchase order validation processes. • Communicate customer feedback, market intelligence, and commercial observations to relevant internal teams. • Support alignment between customer needs and internal Engineering, Product, Operations, and Commercial teams. • Maintain strong commercial follow-up and ensure timely responses to customers and prospects.
