Medical Manager – Mexico City Multinational Pharmaceutical Company Location: Mexico City, Mexico Function: Medical Affairs About the Opportunity A Multinational Pharmaceutical Company is looking for an experienced and dynamic Medical Manager to lead its Medical Affairs activities in Mexico. The role will be responsible for providing strategic and scientific medical support to the business, strengthening relationships with the medical and scientific community, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and leading Medical Information and Pharmacovigilance activities. Key Responsibilities Lead Medical Affairs activities in Mexico, contributing to the achievement of the affiliate's strategic business objectives. Provide medical and scientific support to the company's business units. Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Medical Experts, Healthcare Professionals, Medical Societies and scientific organizations . Represent the company in scientific meetings and medical forums, providing scientific expertise and identifying opportunities for collaboration and partnerships.



Ensure appropriate execution and oversight of Medical Information and Pharmacovigilance activities in accordance with local regulations, applicable laws and company procedures. Oversee the local medical portfolio and support pharmacovigilance reporting and compliance activities. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Business Development, HR, Legal and Finance . Lead, develop and motivate the Medical team, providing direction, coaching and feedback while fostering talent development. Serve as a key medical-scientific representative of the company within the local healthcare community. Qualifications & Experience Medical Doctor (MD) degree with valid professional registration.
