Role Purpose Serve as the primary strategic partner and single point of contact for associates and leaders by addressing all Human Resources–related requirements and inquiries. Ensure effective communication, policy compliance, and strong associate engagement across the IBU/Department, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment. Key Responsibilities - Associate Support & Relationship Management Act as the primary HR contact for associates, addressing HR-related requirements, concerns, and inquiries. Provide continuous, proactive support to associates to enhance engagement, motivation, and retention. Act as a facilitator in resolving associates’ grievances, ensuring fair, timely, and compliant resolution. - Associate Lifecycle Management Manage and support the full associate lifecycle within the IBU/Department, including:



Onboarding and integration Engagement and performance discussions Career development support Offboarding and exit processes Ensure all lifecycle touchpoints align with company policies, culture, and compliance standards. - Engagement & Culture Building Plan, implement, and drive associate engagement initiatives tailored to the needs of the IBU/Department. Strengthen associate relations through: Counseling and coaching Mentoring and development guidance - Communication & Feedback Mechanisms Ensure consistent, transparent, and effective communication by providing structured platforms for associates to share feedback, raise concerns, and express opinions, such as: Regular HR meetings Skip-level sessions Coffee chats Focus groups or engagement forums - Policy Compliance & Discipline Management Enforce and promote alignment with HR policies, company guidelines, and applicable labor regulations.
