Talent Management Lead comprehensive talent management, structuring succession plans and talent maps to ensure operational continuity. Design and execution of the Corporate Training Academy, ensuring continuous team upskilling. Performance & Professional Development Lead performance management cycles,
implementing agile methodologies and 360-Degree Feedback evaluations. Structure and monitor plans for developing employees. Drive leadership development initiatives to strengthen managerial and executive capabilities. Culture, Climate & Employee Experience Lead comprehensive cultural transformation processes through organizational diagnosis and intervention. Measure, analyze, and elevate the work climate and employee experience, managing action plans linked to surveys and certifications like GPTW (Great Place to Work). Design the organizational communication strategy to keep teams informed, connected, and aligned with corporate values.
