PURPOSE OF THE JOB We are looking for a Key Account Executive to drive the growth of Brands in Mexico. This is a permanent position focused 100% on Sell-In strategy, ensuring optimal stock levels and brand presence across major department stores and specialty beauty stores. Reporting to the Sell-In Manager, you will join a high-performance commercial team. You will collaborate closely with Sell-Out, Sales Administration, Marketing, and CDT, acting as a strategic liaison between our Maison and our business partners' purchasing departments. Your goal is to execute the Sell-In commercial plan to achieve annual turnover targets. You will provide end-to-end management for assigned accounts from negotiating orders and new launches to monitoring inventory health ensuring the operational excellence and entrepreneurial spirit of LVMH. Key Account Executive RESPONSIBILITIES Commercial Management & Negotiation Sales Plan Execution: Negotiate and secure purchase orders (POs) for launches, core products, and seasonal sets to achieve annual turnover targets. Launch Management:



Present Brands novelties to department store buyers, ensuring initial stock placement. Quota Negotiation: Manage purchase budgets (S&S; - Stocks & Sales) with business partners, seeking to maximize implementation. Operational Excellence & Inventory Analysis Inventory Monitoring: Analyze stock levels weekly to propose replenishment orders and prevent Out of Stocks (OOS). Portal & Catalog Administration: Maintain up-to-date product information, pricing, and listings in the vendor portals of each department store. Assortment Optimization: Evaluate product turnover and manage returns or stock transfers to ensure a healthy and profitable product portfolio. Sales Forecast: Generate monthly and annual purchase forecasts based on account history and brand expansion plans. Internal & External Coordination Business Reviews: Prepare and present commercial performance reports to buyers to strengthen the commercial relat
