The Marketing Associate, Campaign Operations, is a member of the Marketing Operations team and is responsible for supporting effective campaign operations, workflow management, and related processes across Marketing. The role includes business ownership of Marketing’s work-management platform, currently Monday.com, supporting users and partnering with Marketing leaders, campaign managers, technology teams, and external vendors.

The role combines campaign operations, platform ownership, user enablement, data quality, governance, and process improvement. Manage Marketing’s campaign pipeline and approval queue, ensuring campaigns are appropriately routed and providing visibility into upcoming activity.
Partner with Marketing leaders to develop and facilitate a recurring Marketing Pipeline Review process, enabling greater pipeline visibility and collaboration across teams.
Serve as the primary Marketing business owner for the work-management platform, currently Monday.Ensure campaign and activity data within the platform is accurate, complete, and up to date, proactively identifying and resolving gaps or inconsistencies.
Support and reinforce compliance with agreed campaign-management processes, governance standards, required workflows, and data-entry requirements.
Configure and maintain boards, workflows, automations, dashboards, forms, permissions, and reusable templates
