We are looking for a LATAM Wireless Sales Manager to drive sales growth and market expansion for wireless products across Latin America. You will formulate targeted sales strategies, manage key customer and partner relationships, and deliver annual sales targets by capturing opportunities in the LATAM wireless communications market .

Develop sales strategies and objectives by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape of wireless products in LATAM




Deeply engage with mainstream operators and key clients to achieve annual sales targets within budget
Track, document and report all sales activities and annual OTE objectives to line manager
Own designated countries/clients to secure potential project orders and drive business closure
Maintain key customer relationships, capture sales opportunities and expand sales channels in LATAM
Collect and analyze LATAM wireless communications market data, monitor competitors, and provide market insights and decision support

Bachelor's degree or above in Communications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications or related field
Over 5 years of sales experience in wireless communications industry (4G/5G, DAS, private networks, RAN, Small Cells)
Proven experience in building and maintaining sales lead relationships
Track record in developing channel ecosystems (SI, VAR, MSP) and driving partner-led sales growth
Strong knowledge of direct sales (telecom operators/key clients) and
