We are looking for a Benefits Administrator / HR Operations Specialist to support the administration of U.S. benefit programs, payroll coordination, employee support, and HR data management within a dynamic integral environment.

Ensure accurate benefit deductions and payroll coordination.
Support employees with benefits, leave, and HR-related inquiries.
Maintain employee records and HRIS data integrity.
Assist with leave administration and employee case management.
Perform audits, reconciliations, and reporting activities.
2+ years of experience in Benefits Administration, HR Operations, Payroll, or Shared Services.
~ Advanced English (written and spoken).




~ Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems.
~ Basic knowledge of payroll and immigration processes.

Leave Administration and COBRA knowledge.
Reporting and data analysis experience.
Microsoft Excel
