Human Resources Manager Position Objective
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Serve as a key link between management and employees, supporting organizational development, employee engagement, and positive labor relations, while overseeing the overall Human Resources function and ensuring an effective and people-focused work environment.
Requirements
~ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
~5+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing/maquiladora environment, preferably within the automotive industry.
~ Strong operational mindset and deep understanding of manufacturing environments, including production, workforce management, labor relations, absenteeism, turnover, productivity, and organizational needs.
~ Highly hands-on and business-oriented, with the ability to be actively present and involved in day-to-day operations and workforce matters.
~ Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness, with the ability to understand business needs quickly,



prioritize effectively, and provide immediate and practical HR solutions.
~ Ability to partner closely with Operations, Plant Management, and other business leaders, translating business challenges into effective people strategies and actions.
~ Strong people orientation combined with a results-driven, execution-focused approach.
~ Proven experience managing and interpreting HR metrics and KPIs, using data to identify trends, anticipate risks, and drive business decisions.
~ Knowledge and practical experience with HR systems, databases, and HR analytics.
~ Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, combined with the ability to execute at the operational level.
~ Ability to build and effectively manage relationships at all levels of the organization, from shop floor employees to senior leadership.
~ Solid knowledge of Mexican labor legislation, collective labor
