performance marketing investment across all paid channels .
This role owns all performance paid media across Meta, TikTok, Google, Display, and Email hands-on, cross-channel, with full accountability for ROAS and revenue. What you'll own The performance and efficiency of all paid media Meta, TikTok, Google, Display, Email & SMS ROAS, CAC, and revenue attributed to paid your metrics, your accountability A unified cross-channel strategy that connects every platform to a single business objective The company's performance playbook built, documented, transferable Full technical ownership that eliminates dependency on external contractors
Directly operate Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Search & Shopping, Display/PMAX, and Email & SMS. Align paid media with commercial goals, inventory, and channel priorities. Define channel mix, audience strategy,



and budget allocation. Coordinate assets with the Performance Content designer.
Retention & CRM: Lead retention, win-back, and repurchase initiatives through paid and CRM. Sync paid audiences with CRM signals to maximize lift. Build and maintain the performance playbook and measurement standards. Proven experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads at significant budgets. TikTok Ads experience focused on conversion, not awareness. Ecommerce background revenue-driven, not brand-driven. Email Marketing experience with Klaviyo or equivalent. Analytical and structured — decisions from data, not gut.
Display Advertising and DSP. Experience building playbooks or training team members. Ready to own the performance engine? This is a role for someone who wants to build a paid media operation that's the best version of itself — cross-channel, data-driven, and built to scale.
