Identify, approach, and cultivate long-term relationships with high-quality local KOLs, media outlets, PR/marketing agencies, and content creators across priority LATAM markets.
Own the end-to-end management of media partner, agency, and KOL relationships, from initial outreach and negotiation through to ongoing collaboration and performance review.
Maintain and expand an existing strong network of media and agency contacts, ensuring the company has preferential access to key platforms, talent, and opportunities.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate sponsorship opportunities (sports, lifestyle, entertainment, cultural, and industry events)



that align with brand positioning and commercial objectives.
Structure mutually beneficial partnership packages with media houses, agencies, and KOLs, including content collaborations, co-branded campaigns, and exclusive activations.
Work closely with the Events, Brand, and Performance Marketing teams to integrate KOL/media partnerships into larger campaign and event strategies.
Drive clear commercial outcomes from relationships, brand visibility, qualified traffic, lead generation, VIP client engagement, and partner referrals.
Negotiate commercial terms, rates, deliverables, and exclusivity clauses with a strong focus on ROI and brand safety.
Track and report on partnership performance using agreed KPIs (reach, engagement quality, cost efficiency, pipeline contribution, brand lift).
Stay deeply informed on the evolving media, influencer, and sponsorship landscape across LATAM markets.
