You'll be working closely with a performance-driven marketing agency based in Draper, Utah. We partner with established brands across a wide variety of industries to build durable, measurable growth, acting as a full marketing department for our clients rather than just another vendor. From paid media to web, email, content, and SEO, our team handles strategy and execution end-to-end, and we measure ourselves by the revenue we drive for our partners. We're a small, tight-knit team where everyone knows everyone, your work is visible, and results matter more than titles.
We're looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our small but mighty, close-knit team. In this role, you'll own organic search strategy and execution for clients across a wide variety of industries, from local service businesses to multi-location brands and e-commerce. You'll be responsible for building the strategy, doing the technical work behind it,



and being able to explain both to a client in plain English. Because we're a small team, you'll get to know everyone well and have a real, visible impact on the work we do every day.

What you’ll do
- Build and execute SEO strategies for service-based, multi-location, and product-based clients
- Run keyword research, search intent analysis, content planning, and on-page optimization
- Conduct technical SEO audits, diagnose issues, and prioritize recommendations based on potential business impact
- Optimize for AI-driven discovery across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and other LLM platforms alongside traditional organic rankings
- Manage Google Business Profile optimization, citations, and local search strategy
- Implement and validate structured data, and advise on indexing, crawlability, redirects, canonicals, and site architecture
- Optimize and refine SEO content while protecting accuracy, brand voice, search intent,
