Your Contribution:

As a Management Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the Plant Manager and leadership team by ensuring efficient administrative operations, managing schedules, coordinating communications, and facilitating the execution of key business priorities.



You will serve as a trusted partner to leadership, helping maintain organizational effectiveness, manage confidential information, coordinate meetings and events, and support cross‑functional collaboration across the plant.
- Manage and coordinate the Director's calendar, ensuring the efficient scheduling of meetings, audits, and visits from customers, suppliers, and corporate representatives.
- Organize and coordinate executive meetings, follow-up meetings, management reviews, and corporate events.
- Prepare, maintain, and safeguard executive documentation, reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
- Provide timely follow-up on agreements, commitments, and action plans resulting from leadership meetings, audits, management reviews, and customer visits.
