Join TIBO's Finance team as we grow our project accounting capabilities and modernize our systems. As our Project Accounting & Project-to-Cash Analyst, you'll own the full journey of a project's financial life — from setup through customer invoicing, revenue recognition, and month-end close — working alongside a collaborative, integrated Canada-Mexico finance team.

It's a role built to grow. You'll play a hands-on part in TIBO's move to a new ERP platform in 2027, developing analytical skills that go well beyond day-to-day transactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform the complete project accounting lifecycle in Genius in collaboration with the Financial Controller - from setup through budget tracking, work-in-progress monitoring, and project close with margin analysis
- Prepare and send customer invoices
- Prepare customer statements, track invoices, support collections and follow up
- Contribute to month-end close tasks (project-related entries, prepare files for revenue recognition, month-end reporting and financial statement preparation)
- Participate and contribute to the ERP transition
- Perform project, customer and balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
- Contribute to process documentation and knowledge sharing to strengthen the Finance department

What We're Looking For
- 3 to 5 years of experience in project accounting (project set-up, budgets, work in progress, invoicing, closing and margin)
