Collins Aerospace is seeking a Senior Analyst, Talent Acquisition to join our growing team in Mexico. In this role, you will support high-volume hiring initiatives across the Americas, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Advisors to deliver top talent in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment. No two days are the same - and with urgent hiring demands, this role requires agility, adaptability, and a strong customer-focused mindset. You will thrive if you enjoy working in a high-energy environment and building collaborative relationships with Talent Acquisition Advisors across the region. This is an onsite position. Preference will be given to candidates located near our Mexicali, Mexico sites to support occasional travel needs.
What You Will Do
- Partner with Senior Talent Acquisition Advisors across the Americas to fill critical roles quickly and effectively
- Review job descriptions to ensure consistency, accuracy,
and compliance with internal and external standards
- Utilize sourcing, recruiting, and networking tools to identify and attract qualified talent when applicant flow is limited
- Screen candidates to assess skills, experience, and qualifications against role requirements
- Guide candidates through the Talent Acquisition process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Maintain real-time and accurate updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure compliance and data integrity
- Ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable local, state/provincial, and federal/national employment laws and regulations
- Leverage recruiting tools and labor market insights to provide competitive intelligence and hiring trends
- Generate and analyze recruiting reports and data relevant to assigned areas of responsibility
- Support Talent Acquisition reporting leveraging Excel and Powerpoint
