The Total Rewards Partner – Mexico is an individual contributor for Uber Freight’sMexico population. The role is responsible for the design, administration, governance,communication, and continuous improvement of compensation and benefit programs.This position has no direct people-management responsibility and operates as astrategic and hands-on subject matter expert, partnering closely with EET, Payroll,Finance, HRIS, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to ensure programs arecompetitive, compliant, financially sustainable, and operationally executable.This position combines program strategy with day-to-day execution. The successfulcandidate must be comfortable independently owning workstreams and movingbetween employee-level issue resolution, data analysis, vendor management, annualcompensation processes, executive recommendations, policy design, systemimplementation, and cross-functional project leadership. Success depends on subject-matter expertise, judgment, influence, and the ability to drive outcomes throughstakeholders rather than through direct reports.





What the Candidate Will Do

Compensation Management
- Own compensation administration for Mexico, including salary structures, job levels,market positioning, internal equity, and compensation governance.
- Analyze employee pay using salary ranges, compa-ratios, market data, internalcomparisons, and business context; identify outliers and recommend appropriateactions.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and People leaders on new-hire offers, promotions,transfers, retention actions, and other compensation decisions.

Benefits Strategy & Administration
- Own the Mexico benefits portfolio and act as the primary subject matter expert foremployee benefit programs.
- Drive benefit design reviews and recommendations, including competitivenessassessments, cost modeling, employee impact, implementation sequencing, andcommunication strategy.
