T he Plant Supply Chain Manager manages the daily plant supply chain operations to maximize manufacturing efficiency, minimize cost, drive quality, and ensure on-time delivery of supplies and finished goods. The Plant Supply Chain Manager has overall plant responsibility for production control, manufacturing scheduling, inventory management, vendor qualification, and inbound/outbound logistics of materials. T he position drives improvement in safety, quality, and operations efficiency.

Job Requirements and Qualifications
Experience & Knowledge Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (required), Master's is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of Manager experience.
- 7 years of experience in a Supply Chain Manufacturing environment (Maquiladora).




- Experience using ERP or other systems (SAP preferred).
- S&OP; experience is strongly preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Proven leader in a cross-functional, matrix environment is a must
- Thorough knowledge of manufacturing processes, including operations planning, materials management, purchasing, freight management, and transportation management systems.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP andMS Office, ERP (SAP preferred), Materials Resource Planning, and working knowledge of transportation management systems.
- An experienced practitioner of Lean Manufacturing, Process Control, and Continuous Improvement.
- Demonstrated organizational and planning skills to review demand forecasts, and manufacturing schedules, and establish supply schedules to support manufacturing.
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting, capital planning, expense planning, cost control, and analysis.
