The Role
The Director of Engineering owns the end-to-end delivery of one or more products, holding full accountability for their technical health, roadmap execution, and business outcomes. You will directly lead a multi-layered organization of managers, senior managers, and individual software engineers while also operating as a hands-on leader who delegates and orchestrates work across AI software development agents to accelerate delivery.
