Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with business, engineering, architecture, QA, and program management teams.
- Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, technical dependencies, and delivery commitments.
- Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
- Negotiate scope, priorities, timelines, and trade-offs while managing stakeholder expectations.
- Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate closely with Technical Leads and Engineering Managers to ensure realistic planning and successful execution.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early, proactively driving mitigation plans.
- Make informed prioritization decisions balancing customer needs, business objectives, technical complexity, and available capacity.




- Support release management activities and communicate progress, risks, and delivery status to leadership and customers.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a product owner.
- Ability to communicate effectively with executives, business users, technical teams, and external customers.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to influence without direct authority.
- Experience with roadmap planning, backlog management, and release planning.
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
- Extensive experience defining product requirements and user stories.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum).
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers in a client‑facing environment.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English langu
