Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot data center network infrastructure based on CLOS (spine-leaf) topology
- Perform configuration changes, firmware upgrades, and maintenance activities on data center switching platforms
- Respond to data center network incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution within established SLAs
- Execute standard change requests following established operational procedures and change management processes
- Support data center interconnect (DCI) links and ensure reliable connectivity between facilities
- Collaborate with the India operations team on shift handoffs, shared ticket queues, and operational continuity
- Partner with the architecture and design team in San Diego to implement approved data center network designs and standards
- Maintain accurate documentation including CLOS fabric topology dia
