Roles and Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Cost Optimization: Lead initiatives to achieve productivity targets through cost reduction, total landed cost (TLC)



analysis, and financial modeling.
- Partner with finance teams to forecast savings, track performance against budgets, and ensure alignment with business plans.
- Strategic Sourcing & Supply Base Development: Develop and execute sourcing strategies that balance cost, quality, and risk. Collaborate across functional team and suppliers, including supplier quality, engineering, and central sourcing collages to qualify the suppliers in the region according to our regulatory requirements.
- Supply Base Development & Localization: Identify and qualify new suppliers globally, with a focus on cost competitiveness and financial stability. Drive localization strategies and supplier development programs to reduce dependency and improve cost structure.
