Overview

The Solutions Engineer, Advanced is responsible for providing technical leadership, solution development, and project execution support for Keysight's Functional Test solutions portfolio across Mexico and Latin America. Working closely with account managers, customers, application engineers, and product divisions, this role identifies customer requirements, develops solution architectures, and guides opportunities from technical qualification through deployment and project delivery.

The successful candidate will engage directly with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams within automotive, medical, industrial, and electronics manufacturing organizations to address complex test challenges. This role combines customer-facing technical consulting, system architecture, programming, project management, and solution implementation responsibilities to help customers improve product quality, increase manufacturing efficiency, and accelerate time-to-market through Keysight's test and measurement solutions.

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Technical Consulting




- Engage directly with customer engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to understand technical requirements and business objectives.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions to identify customer challenges, application requirements, and success criteria.
- Deliver product presentations, solution demonstrations, and technical workshops.
- Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and serve as a technical advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support customer evaluations, proof-of-concept activities, and solution acceptance processes.

Solution Architecture & System Design
- Analyze customer requirements and develop system-level Functional Test solution architectures.
- Define hardware, software, instrumentation, switching, data acquisition, and automation requirements.
