The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive strategic business outcomes. This role partners closely with Product, Delivery, Operations, and Technology teams, and, in some cases, external vendors to ensure alignment, execution, and successful delivery of enterprise priorities—on time, within budget, and in accordance with strategic objectives.



In addition, this role will support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across all Operations unites to ensure solutions meet business requirements and operational needs for system upgrades and releases.
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-functional projects from initiation through execution and closure
Assist (Directors of Operations, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams) with the definition, design, and development of projects.
Establish project governance, timelines, milestones, and success metrics (KPIs/OKRs)
Drive change management efforts to support adoption of new processes, tools, or initiatives
Monitor project performance and provide regular status reporting and insights
Support e2e process of preparation, elaboration and follow-up of the business UATs
Execute and coordinate UAT test cases, document defects, track issue resolution, and provide status up
