About the Role:
The Marketing Associate, Campaign Operations, is a member of the Marketing Operations team and is responsible for supporting effective campaign operations, workflow management, and related processes across Marketing. The role includes business ownership of Marketing’s work-management platform, currently Monday.com, supporting users and partnering with Marketing leaders, campaign managers, technology teams, and external vendors.

The role combines campaign operations, platform ownership, user enablement, data quality, governance, and process improvement. The colleague will help maintain an accurate and up-to-date view of general marketing activity and support adherence to agreed campaign-management processes.



A successful candidate is comfortable working independently across business and technology teams, exercising judgment, managing competing priorities, and driving consistent adoption of effective ways of working.

- Manage Marketing’s campaign pipeline and approval queue, ensuring campaigns are appropriately routed and providing visibility into upcoming activity.
- Partner with Marketing leaders to develop and facilitate a recurring Marketing Pipeline Review process, enabling greater pipeline visibility and collaboration across teams.
