Conduct high-quality sales calls to understand client needs and present tailored property management solutions. Consistently move prospects through the sales pipeline toward closing.




Follow-Up & Relationship Management Execute persistent follow-up strategies to ensure every lead is properly nurtured. Provide timely responses to inquiries and maintain professional communication throughout the sales process. CRM & Pipeline Management Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and call activity within the CRM system. Ensure all lead information and sales activities are properly documented. Collaboration & Market Awareness Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion strategies. Stay informed on property management industry trends and competitive offerings. Provide feedback to leadership regarding lead quality and sales opportunities.
