Reporting directly to the Head of Digital Transformation, we are seeking a highly analytical, hands -on Digital Analytics Director to lead our enterprise data and attribution strategies. We are looking for a true team player with a can -do attitude who is ready to roll up their sleeves. Candidates should be self -sufficient, hardworking, very organized, and detail -driven. In this "player -coach" role, you will lead a specialized internal team, alongside external agencies, while remaining deeply involved in the day -to -day data operations. You must be a go -getter willing to tackle any analytical challenge that comes your way, translating complex data into clear narratives for executive leadership.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field. Technical & Analytical Skills
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and advanced Excel (including Macros).
