The position As an integral member of the Customer Service team, you will serve as the driver of quality for customer inquiries and internal administrative functions. You will be responsible for managing customer workflows and the day-to-day processes of Contractor Development. Proactively service and support contractor/ supplier customers
Conduct training on software products via phone, web based and face to face meetings
Participate in the implementation of sales and marketing projects
Field incoming calls, handle contractor customer inquiries and troubleshoot problems
Assist with CRM testing




Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail applications)
Genuine desire to progress into a sales development role
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience
Bilingual in English & Spanish (read, write and speak)

Employees must be within a commutable distance to the office and be willing to come into the office for required trainings, events, team activities, and meetings. Employees are required to be in-person during training and at least 3 days per week on an ongoing basis. Most employees are in the office 4-5 days per week.
