Role Summary Responsible for driving transportation procurement, freight optimization, and logistics excellence across the Americas. Leads regional sourcing initiatives with a primary focus on Ocean Freight while supporting transportation optimization across all modes where applicable. The role develops regional standards, carrier strategies, and transportation solutions to improve service, reduce costs, mitigate risks, and support business growth. Success in this role is defined by delivering sustainable transportation cost reductions,



improving service and carrier performance, driving transportation standardization, and implementing regional initiatives that support operational excellence.
Logistics & Freight Excellence Monitor transportation markets, freight rates, capacity developments, and industry trends. Lead regional transportation tenders and sourcing initiatives, primarily for Ocean Freight. Identify and implement opportunities to improve transportation efficiency, service levels, and total logistics costs. Transportation Procurement & Carrier Management Lead end-to-end transportation RFPs and sourcing projects across multiple countries. Negotiate commercial agreements, freight rates, and service-level agreements with carriers and logistics providers.
