Sales Manager
to grow our managed advertising business across Latin America, with a primary focus on Mexico and key regional markets. This is a senior individual contributor role — you own your pipeline, your relationships, and your number.
You will sell Equativ's full suite of managed solutions to a mix of media agencies and direct advertisers, positioning our ad tech platform as the partner of choice for premium digital advertising in the region.

Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitch, proposal, negotiation, and close.
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM (Salesforce).
Provide market intelligence and competitive feedback to support regional strategy.
