serving as a brand ambassador for Turner & Townsend and delivering a personalized, high‐quality candidate experience.
Develop and execute data‐informed, multi‐channel sourcing strategies, leveraging market data, candidate intelligence, and talent insights to identify and engage high‐caliber passive talent. Leverage a variety of sourcing tools and platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM systems, AI‐enabled tools, niche platforms, and networking to map talent markets, uncover passive candidates, and build targeted pipelines.
Influence hiring decisions through data‐driven insights and candidate intelligence. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all sourcing systems, tools, and workflows. Deliver a consistent, respectful, and high‐quality candidate experience that reflects Turner & Townsend's values and employer brand. Promote strong collaboration, a positive and proactive working approach, and continuous improvement across the Talent
