This role
The Finance Director will play a pivotal role in the financial leadership of PayJoy. This executive will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring the company's financial health, and driving strategic financial planning.

Responsibilities
Financial Leadership:
Provide strategic financial guidance to the Country Manager and the executive team to meet financial targets and improve margins and return on invested capital. Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability objectives.
Be accountable for the country's financial performance and cash management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, with dotted line management of accounting, internal controls, accounts payable, and tax.. Accounting & Compliance: Work closely with PayJoy Mexico's accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant regulations. Help to oversee internal controls and audit processes to ensure financial integrity and compliance.
