User Experience Researcher (Mexico)
The User Experience Researcher role is primarily tasked with supporting our
US-based clients and working with a large project team in delivering impactful solutions
You will play a pivotal role in a technical project team implementing an Intelligent
workflows, you will provide the insights necessary to design improved processes that
inquiries, and usability testing to understand current manual document
Collaborate closely with the UX Designer and technical leads to translate
Present findings and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders and the
engineering team to influence the design of automated workflows.
● Conduct validation testing on proposed automated solutions to ensure they meet
project reporting structure.

How you'll do it:
● Own It: This is our company, and its success is our success. Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology,
Anthropology, Design, or a related field.
● 3-7 years of professional experience in User Experience Research, preferably
within a consulting, enterprise software, or logistics environment.
● Proficiency in visual collaboration and design tools such as Miro, Visio, and
Figma to map workflows and present insights.
● Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Suite
(Sheets, Slides, Docs) for data analysis and presentation.
Basic working knowledge of SQL or the ability to learn to perform data analysis.
