The Role Joining the Performance department (performance marketing) as our Performance Strategist,



you'll ensure Thrive operates at peak performance by establishing efficient processes, implementing best practices, and fostering growth within your team in both technical and strategic areas. Your mission will be to develop and execute project growth initiatives, lead a high-performing team, and uphold our company philosophy.
