As an analyst in the Extended Content Ops Team, you will be primarily responsible for handling content management and automation activities that require operational intervention to improve the speed and convenience of our product offering such as execution and modification of the managed ingestion scripts to ingest content for our premium authors,



assisting preparation of content for ingestion, generating reports on author performance, ongoing library management, and building any small-scale automation that is required to perform these tasks efficiently.
Perform manual operational tasks (such as reorganizing items or filling in metadata) required to support any business priorities.
Provide regular updates on your performance where required
Screen incoming content partnership requests to assist in the assessment of viability and fit
Help identify new authors who meet the criteria defined by our Content Specialists
Assist in generating and exporting reports to assess author performance based on predefined criteria
Previous experience working in an eCommerce environment focused on commercial outcomes, preferably in the inventory/catalog and consumer space
Previous demonstrable experience in assisting with data analysis i.e. following predef
