Senior Manager
- Marketing Data Analytics
Reporting directly to the Head of Digital Transformation, we are seeking a highly analytical, hands -on Digital Analytics Director to lead our enterprise data and attribution strategies. In this "player -coach" role, you will lead a specialized internal team,



alongside external agencies, while remaining deeply involved in the day -to -day data operations. You must be a go -getter willing to tackle any analytical challenge that comes your way, translating complex data into clear narratives for executive leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field. Strong proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and advanced Excel (including Macros).
Expertise in data visualization and dashboarding using Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
Solid understanding of data modeling, schema design, and hands -on experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Google BigQuery).
Proven experience building, managing, and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines.
