We are hiring an experienced Amazon Account Strategist to own the strategic direction and commercial performance of a portfolio of consumer brands.

The Role The Amazon Account Strategist serves as the strategic partner for each assigned client. You must be comfortable analyzing a digital marketplace P&L;, diagnosing the factors affecting performance, making commercially sound recommendations, and communicating those recommendations confidently to founders and brand executives.

The idóneo candidate understands how Amazon’s interconnected levers—including traffic, conversion, advertising, pricing, promotions, content, inventory, reviews, organic ranking,



and operational health—affect the overall financial performance of a consumer brand.

Own the strategic direction and performance of a portfolio of Amazon accounts.
Build annual, quarterly, and monthly growth plans based on historical performance, category opportunity, seasonality, inventory, and profitability targets.
Identify the root causes of performance gaps and prioritize the initiatives most likely to improve profitable growth.
Develop SKU-level strategies based on demand, margin, lifecycle stage, competitive position, and inventory availability.
Performance Analysis
Analyze account and category data to understand changes in traffic, conversion rate, average selling price, advertising efficiency, organic rank, market share, and profitability.
