We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Demand Generation Manager in Mexico City to join our team You will support Loadsmart's entry into the Latin American market by combining sales, marketing, and relationship-building. You'll generate qualified opportunities, localize marketing efforts,



and act as the bridge between our U.Growth Marketing LOCATION:
Mexico City (Remote)
Build and manage the full-funnel demand-gen engine, tracking performance and iterating based on data and results.
Work hands-on across SEO, Google Ads, paid social, events, and PR & media relations, directing execution in partnership with dedicated US-based channel counterparts.
Adapt and produce content articles, decks, email sequences, sales materials, and web pages, localizing from English to Portuguese for the Brazilian market.
Bring competitive intelligence and market insight on local buyer behavior and the media landscape to sharpen the GTM strategy.
Reprioritize quickly as the business shifts, owning outcomes with a roll-up-the-sleeves mindset.
5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience in LATAM with a real understanding of local buyer behavior, the media landscape, and the competitive environment.
